All day fresh pasta, no reservations restaurants from Stevie Parle. 

 

Pastaio specialises in serving up plates of simple, quality, handmade pasta at affordable prices.  A short list of antipasti and desserts is also available, whilst a fun drinks list and some vibey playlists all contribute to the lively atmospheres within each site.

 

The first restaurant has 72 seats and opened in November 2017 on Ganton Street in Carnaby, Soho.  Pastaio opened a counter-service stall at the new Market Hall West End site in November 2019 and will open it's second permanent site in Westfield London in January 2020.

Short and long pasta is extruded through bronze using a blend of organic Italian semolina and ancient British grains.  Stuffed pasta is made by hand from the best '00 flour and freshest eggs from Rodley Court in Kent.

 

The menu is radically seasonal and can change in an instant if the season shifts. Pastaio uses this produce to make the best food possible; wholesome, generous dishes borne of an obsession with quality.  Dishes are served at the most affordable prices possible and Stevie's mission is to help get as many people as he can into high quality fresh pasta.

 

Stevie works closely with long-time collaborator and friend Tom Dixon, and artist Rob Lowe (Supermundane) to create colourful, contemporary spaces.

Pastaio is open 7 days a week from midday until late.
