Pastaio uses top-notch British and Italian produce to create delicious, nourishing and great value fresh pasta plates carefully made on-site everyday by a team of Pastai.

 

A short list of antipasti and desserts is also available, whilst a fun drinks list and some vibey playlists all contribute to the lively atmospheres within each site.

 

The first restaurant has 72 seats and opened in November 2017 on Ganton Street in Carnaby, Soho.  

 

The second restaurant has over 100 seats spread over two floors, and opened in January 2020 on the Southern Terrace at Westfield London.

Short and long pasta is extruded through bronze using a blend of organic Italian semolina and ancient British grains.  Stuffed pasta is made by hand from the best '00 flour and freshest eggs from Rodley Court in Kent.

 

The menu is radically seasonal and can change in an instant if the season shifts. Pastaio uses this produce to make the best food possible; wholesome, generous dishes borne of an obsession with quality.  Dishes are served at the most affordable prices possible and Stevie's mission is to help get as many people as he can into high quality fresh pasta.

 

Stevie works closely with long-time collaborator and friend Tom Dixon, and artist Rob Lowe (Supermundane) to create colourful, contemporary spaces.

Pastaio is open 7 days a week from midday until late.
